About MICAT

Mudra Institute of Communication (MICA), Ahmedabad conducts MICA Admission Test to provide admissions into Post Graduate Diploma in Managment – Communication (PGDM-C) course. MICA Admission Test (MICAT) will be conducted twice a year. i.e MICAT I and II in the months of December and February respectively. The candidates who are seeking admission into PGDM-C Course in MICA should undergo four stages of the selection process.

  • CAT/XAT/GMAT Scores: Candidates need to take at least one of three exams (CAT/GMAT/XAT).
  • MICAT Exam: Then candidates should attend the MICAT I or II exam.
  • Group Exercise and Personal Interview: Based on the performance scored in the CAT/GMAT/XAT and MICAT, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Exercise and Personal Interview at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The candidates who are shortlisted in all the four stages will offer admission in PGDM-C course at MICA. The candidates who missed/failed to apply for MICAT I exam can apply for MICAT II 2019 exam. If the candidate wishes to attend both the MICAT I and II exam in the same academic year, the better performance from the two MICAT tests will be considered.
