JEE Advanced Marking Scheme 2018
- The exam is conducted in online mode. That means, it is a computer-based test.
- The exam consists of Paper I & II. The candidate must attempt both the papers.
- The paper I & II includes 3 sections – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
- The exam is held for 3 hours. The timings for paper- 1 is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and for the paper- 2 is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- The Questions paper consists of both multiple choice questions and numerical answer type questions.
- The question paper is available in both the English and Hindi Languages.
- And, for every correct answer, marks are awarded. And for wrong answers, marks are deducted, i.e. negative marks. Check the table above to know awarded and subtracted marks details.

AAT Marking Scheme
- The AAT 2018 Exam is conducted in offline mode. That means it is a pen & paper based test.
- It contains only one paper with 3 sections, i.e. Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test.
- The exam paper contains objective type questions and is held for 3 hours, i.e. from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- The question paper is available in the English Language.

About JEE Advanced Exam
The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced) in this year. And, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority takes care of counselling process. It is a National Level Entrance Exam and is conducted once in every year. It is a computer-based test except for AAT Test. The candidates who wish to get admissions in National Wide reputed Institutes/ Universities such as IITs, NITs, IIITs etc. can write this exam.
